At Smile Café, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Food & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of food and perishable products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order (such as an incorrect item or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Perishable Products

Refunds or exchanges may be available for non-perishable items within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Catering Services

Catering orders require advance notice. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
